Last Minute Gifts You Can Print & Wrap

Printable Gift Certificates

Here are some fun ideas for gifts you can just print and wrap!

I hope you find something that works for your person or at least maybe these will get the wheels turning and you’ll think of the perfect thing while you scroll.

These are all available in my shop and most have the option to personalized. Feel free to request additional personalization because I want to help make your gift awesome.

I usually print these certificates out onto cardstock and I especially like the metallic style cardstock because it looks more official and gift-y, but regular white paper does the job!

HOW TO GIFT: You can definitely get creative with this, but what I usually do is roll it up and either use a cardboard poster tube or a bit of ribbon to hold the roll together. I then stick that gift into a stocking and call it good!

My son (he was 8 when I made these) kept the dollars in his wallet and found the bills for each month to trade (usually for Robux!)

A lot of Minecraft lovers would love to have a private server to play in.

Roblox Builders Club

This is a monthly subscription from Roblox with lots of perks - I get this for my son for Christmas every year. He looks forward to the monthly money in Roblox.

Hypixel VIP

If your person loves to play Minecraft on Hypixel and doesn’t have VIP, they might love to get it for Christmas!

Saying Yes More

I’m Trying To Say “Yes” More

by Stevie Swift

Saying yes more, by Stevie

“Can you wake me up with hot cocoa in the morning?” He asked.

“Yes,” I said, because I want to say “yes” more.

I want “yes” to be my default answer. That doesn’t mean I say yes to everything - just that I think first about how I might say it.

After many years of being a person who defaults to “no,” it is not easy.

Sometimes it’s a flat out “yes, definitely", and sometimes it’s sort of yes-adjacent.

But I’ve discovered I can usually say some version of yes. And I’ve also discovered some of my favorite moments are at the other end of those yeses, which only makes me want to say “yes” even more.

”And can it have a LOT of little marshmallows in it?” He added.

”Yes, definitely,” I answered, because I want to say “yes” more

So this morning I woke my ten year old up with a Christmas cup full of hot cocoa, topped with a giant handful of mini marshmallows.

I brought one for myself too.

And we spent a half hour together, sipping our cocoa and laughing at Phineus and Ferb, because I’m saying “yes” more.

At one point, his hand (still small, but not for much longer) found mine and I had one of those wish-I-could-freeze-this moments.

I took a sip of my own cocoa, and settled into that moment of content. I’m grateful for so many things, but this morning I was especially grateful for saying “yes” more.

Give It All Away February - Beyond Women - We Have To Start Somewhere

We Gave Away $155

give it all away stevie doodles.jpg

We raised $155 for Beyond Women in February - thank you everyone who bought magnets and name coloring pages and digital books

On the one hand, it is so fun to be able to send money over to my friends at Beyond Women to help support some of the random things that come with building a ministry, but I can’t help but also wish there were at least a couple of zeros on the end of that number!

(And not zeros after a decimal.)

So this month, I really want to take a second to remind myself we have to start somewhere.

To remind myself we’ve already come a long way.

To remind myself my dreams for this place are really big.

To remind myself the journey is worth it too, even if we don’t get to that finish line I’m hoping to cross.

To remind myself every little things we’re doing to spread kindness, to encourage creativity, to model radical generosity - it’s all worth it.

Thank you all for supporting Stevie Doodles. I’m grateful for every share, every time you tell your friends about my site, every time you grab a magnet to send to a friend. When this is the giving machine I imagine, it will be because of all of you.

Team Up With Beyond Women In February 2020

This is my first time “teaming up,” though maybe it isn’t accurate to call this one a “team up” since I’m on both teams to start . . .

Beyond Women is a ministry started last year by a group of some of my favorite women. It is growing into something really special and I’m lucky to be a part of it. Growing means there are a bunch of us pitching in and doing what we can with what we have. No one takes any compensation right now, but many of the things we do require money, dang it - I do sometimes wish I could think a need and it would appear in my pocket.

This, by the way, is my answer whenever B asks what I want for a super power. Sometimes he heads me off and says “other than the pocket thing.”

This month, I want to state this need - I’d love to put some dollars into the Beyond Women bank account for all those things coming around the bend. At the end of the month, I will reach into my pocket and give whatever profits Stevie Doodles managed for the month.

Other than supporting Beyond Women - there is another reason to visit my shop this month! Magnets are B2G1 with the Beyond Women code + check the banner at the top of my shop for another special February discount code!
