August is named after the Roman Emperor Augustus Caesar, the founder of the Roman Empire, in order to honor his achievements and contributions to Roman history. Additionally, August is a month associated with abundance, growth, and the ripening of crops, making it appropriate to name it after Augustus as a symbol of prosperity and productivity.
Another one of my hello summer coloring pages, but instead of a pineapple this one is sporting a doodle-filled flamingo to love. I have colored this one and it is definitely a fun one to color!

Unless you hate happy warm weather, Summer is a great season to love. I know there are parts of the world where it can be uncomfortably warm, so I hope if you’re in one of those places you have some cool water to jump in and maybe some air conditioning spaces where you can escape the heat and spend some time coloring with a cool drink.
